Who We Are
Shadowbrook Tiny Homes is a new company launching in Fall 2025, focused on bringing premium tiny homes to customers at a competitive price. We are starting Shadowbrook because we have extensive experience in construction, but wanted to combine it with our love of the outdoors. Our goal is to create compact living spaces that bring people closer to nature.
Construction
We come from the construction industry as a three-generation family-owned and operated business in Northeast Ohio, so building tiny homes feels like a natural transition. We don’t have the clout in the tiny home space yet, but our family has been renovating homes in Northeast Ohio for over 50 years. Now we want to bring that same attention to detail and expert craftmanship to tiny homes.
The Outdoors
The other factor that spurred Shadowbrook into existence is our love of the outdoors. We’ve spent years traveling the U.S., visiting national parks, state parks and everything else in between. Now we want to bring a level of comfort and accessibility to people with our tiny homes that gets them closer to nature. Whether it’s a personal home on your property or just visiting one of our models at a campground, we want to create an impactful experience every time.
