NOAH Certified Tiny Homes
At Shadowbrook, we build every tiny home model to the nationally recognized standards of NOAH. This independent, third-party certification assures you, and your lender or insurer, that your home meets strict safety, structural, and energy guidelines.

What The NOAH Certification Means
Who is NOAH?
The National Organization of Alternative Housing is an independent inspection agency that sets rigorous standards for tiny homes on wheels and park-model designs. Their certified inspectors review every stage of construction, checking framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and energy efficiency.
Why This Matters?
The NOAH certification is recognized nationwide by banks and insurance providers which makes securing financing and insurance easier than non-certified models. Each model having this certification demonstrates that your home is built to ANSI A119.5 and other key building standards. Protect your investment and simplify any future resale of your tiny home as well.
Why NOAH Certified Tiny Homes For Buyers

The NOAH Inspection Process
Our designs are approved by NOAH inspectors. When a build begins, we follow a 5-stage inspection process through NOAH to make sure your tiny home is built to the proper standards.
Stage 1: Foundation and Foundation Insulation: Inspection of the chassis and insulation
Stage 2A/2B Framing and Dry-In: Inspection of the rough framing and structure
Stage 3A/3B Electric and Plumbing: Inspection of the electric and plumbing
Stage 4 Insulation: Inspection of the ceiling, wall, wheel well insulation. Also looks at proper seals on doors and windows
Stage 5 Final Inspection: Inspect outstanding items and final checks on the model including safety equipment.
